SubSessions has been hosting one day events and multi-day music, arts and camping festivals for 3 years in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and neighboring areas.

Mackenzie Fell's Roles:
- Brainstorming ideas for events with intention
- Selecting a meaningful theme and name for each event
- Collaborating to curate spaces throughout the venue in teams
- Building the electronic music stage and managing the stage throughout the event
- Artist Relations: booking and communicating with artists leading up to the event via email
- Upholding our Code of Conduct throughout an event and tending to attendees needs
- Working with local organizations, such as the SLO Women's March and Stoke The World, to curate events with specific intentions aligned with the mission of their organization
- Managing our social media accounts and helping create content for Instagram and Facebook
- Marketing our events through visual assets and digital/verbal communication
